about us
Lincoln Square — the stretch of the Upper West Side surrounding Lincoln Center, from 59th to 72nd Street — is anchored by large prewar apartment buildings and newer luxury towers that share Central Park adjacency and a classical architectural feel. Cleaning Chief has served Lincoln Square residents since 2020 with consistent crews and flat-rate pricing. Building access requirements met. COI on file.

We use EPA Safer Choice products for kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
Every service has a published flat rate. No hourly meter. You see the exact number before you book.

Our teams cover Lincoln Square on the same schedule we run across Manhattan. Weekly maintenance, deep cleans, move-in and move-out turnovers, post-renovation cleanup, carpet and couch care, tile and grout work, floor buffing, window washing, and Airbnb turnovers are on our published flat-rate card. We follow EPA indoor air quality resources for product selection in tight-ventilation buildings.
Pricing is flat. The number you see online is the number on your invoice. If your building has specific access rules, elevator windows, service-entrance requirements, or Certificate of Insurance filings, tell us when you book and we’ll plan around it.

Lincoln Center defines Lincoln Square more than any avenue or park does. The Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet and New York Philharmonic share a campus here, alongside Juilliard and Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus. The people who live nearby include musicians, dancers, stage managers, students and audiences with season tickets. That mix follows a schedule that looks nothing like a standard workweek, and cleaning routines here adapt to it.
Rehearsals run in the morning, performances at night, and many residents are home in the middle of the day. Late afternoon is often the busiest hour in the building, when people get ready for an evening out. We book Lincoln Square visits around those patterns, usually midday and early afternoon, so crews arrive when the unit is quiet and finish before the doorman is handling the pre-show rush.
Between 59th and 72nd Streets, the housing stock ranges from large prewar buildings with formal lobbies to newer luxury towers with amenity floors and concierge desks. Prewar apartments often have generous layouts, crown molding and doormen who know every resident by name. Newer towers bring floor-to-ceiling glass and open kitchens. Each type calls for a different approach: careful dusting of detail work in the older buildings and streak-free attention to large glass surfaces in the newer ones.
Both kinds of building typically ask vendors for a Certificate of Insurance and pre-arranged elevator access. We file the paperwork before the first visit and confirm access windows, so nothing holds up the crew in the lobby.
Apartments here often double as practice spaces. Pianos, cellos, harps and stacks of sheet music share rooms with sofas and dining tables. Crews learn to dust around instruments without moving them and to leave music stands and scores exactly where they were found.
Residents who host after-performance gatherings also tend to want a reset before and after. Glassware, kitchen counters and upholstery take a beating on opening night, and a recurring schedule timed to the season keeps the apartment ready for the next round of guests without a scramble.
